re-spooling cutting line

I followed the instructions on how to spool the cutting line but it still doesn't come out smoothly. It continues to get stuck.

Hi Darren,

Most issues with the trimmer line hanging up in the spool are caused by the line being overlapped when it is wound on the spool. We you wind the spool care should be taken to make sure that the lines are as straight as possible. Wind from one edge of the spool to the other and then start back towards the other side again. Any time that the line crosses over top of another is a potential snag.
