Transmission?

I have a dc925 and it has lost the torque - even at the highest setting. When I use to drill with dewalt's self feed drill bits it would nearly tear my arm off when going through a joist - now it ratchets - (grinds). What part would I need to purchase/replace?

I had the same drill and I replaced the motor, thinking it was worn out, and it turned out to be a weak switch.
