About LinkBacksWhen replacing the blade with a Weedeater 22" replacement blade, the new blade says "bottom" not 'grass side'. Is "bottom' towards the mower or toward the grass? I don't have a torque wrench, is it possible to over-torque the bolt?

When replacing the blade with a Weedeater 22" replacement blade, the new blade says "bottom" not 'grass side'. Is "bottom' towards the mower or toward the grass? I don't have a torque wrench, is it possible to over-torque the bolt?
Bottom towards the grass-should take a regular 9/16" socket
