I have a Makita power scraper hk1810. My scraper doesn't do any impact anymore. The motor still goes but the tip does not do anything. What can it be?

You need a service kit, and possibly a needle bearing and new piston, also check the cylinders that hold your impact bolt for wear. The switch is also known to stick (stay on) when worn, check the top of the switch for internal parts wearing through.The kit includes o rings, grease, dust shield and brushes so check the other parts I mentioned before ordering parts
