I have a DC925 cordless drill XRP. When I am working with the drill the handle is getting so hot, that it burns. So can anyone help me to fix it?

I have a DC925 cordless drill XRP. When I am working with the drill the handle is getting so hot, that it burns. So can anyone help me to fix it?
Probably bad connections on the terminals. Take it apart and sand down the leads, also the motor could be worn and pulling to many amps, or a bad battery. All cheap fixes considering the price of the xrp.
