FC350 Rebuild help
Help!. I'm in the middle of rebuilding the Porter cable FC350T2 nail gun. The last step is to replace the trigger assembly, but after removing the roll pin that anchors it, HOW do you get the assembly out? There is nothing to grab except the plastic trigger pin and pliers slip off it too easily. Any suggestions please? Fred

I don't know about the porter cable guns but I rebuilt the trigger on my bostitch gun and there was a spot where I could get a small screwdriver under some plastic of the trigger valve and gently pry up. Sometimes they are stuck in there, the old o-rings kind of seal it in.

Problem solved
Thanks Ponch37300, This AM had the idea to connect the gun to reduced air pressure to blow the trigger out. It worked perfectly. So my problem is solved. Thanks again for the suggestion.

You found the trick toewe. Just cover your trigger valve assy. with a rag in one hand and then connect an air line to the nailer. The blast of air will force the valve out of the tool, (and sometimes halfway across garage

The rag helped
Thanks Genek. Yes, the rag is a good idea. Even at half the normal air pressure, the trigger came out very fast into my protected hand. Cheers.
