Garden Hose Inlet
How do I remove broken garden hose inlet on Karcher 395 M washer. I have the housing removed but can't get the plastic "body" out of the metal housing.

I just replaced mine. I used four 5/16 x 3" bolts to create a standoff on the metal housing, using the four bolt holes. Next, place the bolt side down on a hard surface. Then I placed a 5/16 "deep" craftsman socket in the long plastic neck. I tapped the socket with as hammer until the assembly fell out of the metal housing. It took quite a bit of tapping/hammering.

Put the assembly in the freezer overnight (or at least for a few hours) then use a screwdriver to pry the parts apart (do it close to where the inlet is and push a bit on the screwdriver - alternate sides and it should pop loose).

Karcher 395M Pressure Washer
Hi. I realize this thread is a year old. I have the same issue with a broken garden hose inlet. I can't figure out how to remove the plastic housing first. There are 6 screws that are metric, and it appears they require a very long, very thin allen wrench (or similar) to get to them. Can you tell me what tool to use? Thanks.
