    Default Delta 40-601 scroll saw speed control

    Would there be anything to look into instead of just replacing the control panel of the saw? I have no control of the blade speed.

    have you checked the speed control rotor to see if has broken . or the pick up 4 it to the control unit.

    I'm not real familiar with parts-you don't mean speed sensor do you? part #39 on diagram.

    Good call! When looking over saw weeks ago found part of circular piece-didn't recognize what it was. Will be ordering new one. speed sensor seems to be intact. Noticed one of 2fuse burned out on control panel-should be able to replace?
