I have a CF 1400 compressor that will pressure up to 20 psi and then turns off. I have adjusted the regulator but it will shut off at 20 psi regardless. It will come on again and again for short (1 Second) intervals and will turn off again. It isn't tripping the breaker. Sounds like it seizes up.
