    Default Will not stay running

My Poulan 1500 starts and idles on full choke, but acts like it is flooding out when I change to 1/2 choke or run. The gas is good. I also tried to use Sea Foam and Carb out with no improvement.
    What's next?

    Hi Liz,

It sounds to me like there is dirt or debris in your carb. Another possibility is that over time the diaphragm in the carb will become hard and brittle. You will need to replace or clean the carburetor. The new carb is part #WT-924-1. If you want to try cleaning your carburetor we have an article and video that I think you will find helpful. You can find it at the following link...

How to Clean a 2-Cycle Carburetor.

    I hope this helps,
