    Default Dustpick up into bag

My 352VS type 6, quit picking up dust. I machine washed the bag, no help. With bag off dust does not blow out the bag spout. I removed the side case, there is no blockage, impeller fan is not cracked or nicked anyplace. The plastic shield/housing surrounding the fan has a concentric bump so will only go back in one place or the case will not fit down and seal. What do I need to do differently, for dust pick up. the machine was purchased new Oct.2008.It originally would fill the bag, and stopped rather suddenly, all else sounds and works fine. Help?

    Hello Leonard,

Behind the rear drive pulley (item #65) at the bottom of the housing is a slot that has a tendency to clog up with dust. Try to blow or clean it out all the way up to the top of the housing. Hopefully this will take care of your problem.
