Part Problem on Ut 50500

On my homelite UT-50500 edger. When starting, part #C32 Clutch assembly will come loose and then you cannot crank or start. How do I make this part stay in place?

Usually you keep the crank shaft from moving by using a pin that screws in place of the spark plug to hold the piston.
Then the clutch can be torqued to spec, and you can use a little red locktite if desired. Make sure to clean the threads real good first and give it a chance to set up before using it.
