Used my BC30 several times and it worked fine. Tried to start it one day after using it and cutting it off and the starter felt like the rotor wasn't connected to the motor. Took it apart and found the rotor key was gone..smooth. This is a poor excuse for a key anyway. Bought a new rotor, assembled the trimmer. After 3 or 4 pulls, the same thing happened. Key gone again. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Hate to keep buying rotors and having the same problem.
