Is it a faulty on/off operational switch on the Work WG 780 cordless mower? or is it a mechanical problem inside the switch?

Worx Model WG 780 electric mower has push-button start/operate switch on handle that will not stay latched. It needs to be latched down to operate mower. When you release safety bar the button will de-latch for safety reasons or shut off. But at times, the button will be down and de-latch/ pop up due to mower being jarred. Is this an adjustment problem where adjustment will correct for solid latching? or is the switch at fault, even though electrically it functions, or is there a mechanical action that is at fault?
Anyone work on these Worx electrical cordless mowers? looked for service manuals but could not find. Sears has a parts breakdown and ordering of parts for the Worx. Appreciate any help on this.
