About LinkBacksI can not get the case open to put on a new cord. I have removed the 4 screws, but can't get the case to budge. Seems to be bound up toward the bottom. Something that I am missing here? Thanks.

I have the same problem with opening the case. Please let me know if you find out anything and I will do same. bkelley682@hotmail.com
