Unfortunately, I dropped my DC988 Cordless Hammer Drill/Driver (18V) off the ladder. When I picked it up and tried to use it, the battery started to smoke. Any ideas as to what broke inside to cause this condition? It worked for a few seconds but rotated very slowly with no power.
