I put in a new transmission in my dewalt dc920 because the old one would slip with very little resistance, regardless of the clutch setting. Now the new one doesn't slip at all - even if I put the clutch on position one, it will not slip as it should. I reinstalled the transmission several times, making certain it was installed properly.
