My 18 volt drill DeWALT

Every time I put a fully charged battery and try to use it once, I start drilling and it slips and I can take my hand and hold the chuck and turn it all the way up and the drill bit don't turn; it just slips. Can you please tell me what the problem is so I can purchase the part to fix it? THANK YOU.

This happened to me. It was half way between 1 and 2 speed. Make sure it is either on low or high speed.. all the way.
