BEARING REPLACEMENT

I DISCOVERED THE BEARING BETWEEN THE FAN AND THE FIELD IS TORN UP HOW DO I REPLACE IT? SHOULD I REPLACE THE ENTIRE FIELD AND ASSEMBLY INSTEAD?

ok i have taken off the armature bearing sleave. so now should i just buy a new motor plate or can i buy a new armature bearing seperetly? and does the motor plate come with a new armature bearing sleave?
