Screw inside keyless chuck

First, the black casing on the chuck came off.
Second, the screw inside the chuck looks like you use an allen wrench to get it out and not a screw driver like the video.
I can not get it out or a wrench to fit it.
Please advise

Hi Dom,

That screw has a Torx head rather than an allen. It'll take a T20 Torx screwdriver. We have a T20 bit available here:
