does this compressor use oil? and have a breaker and what makes this compressor get hot and pop the breaker even if is connected to power pole?
Have you drained the tank? Over time the tank builds condensation and can actually fill the tank with water. Water can not be compressed and can cause the motor to over amp. There is a label on the tank that says that it needs to be drained every 4 hours of use.
