how hot can you get belts and not ruin them?

Hi Larry,
I am not sure of an exact temperature you can heat the belts too. You would not want to use any direct heat source such as a heat gun or a flame, this would certainly cause damage. The best way to heat them is to put them in hot water. Even boiling water would be OK as long as you wear gloves to handle them and take any other appropriate safety measures as you handle the hot belts.
I hope this helps!

I need to replace the belts on my saw. I need to know what I have to remove before I can. I have the belts. The manual doesn't show how or what to do. Thank you for your help. Butch. God Bless
