    I checked with the manufacture. They don't offer a owners manual for this model. Routine maintenance would include checking the brushes, making sure the power cord is in good condition. The bearings and gears are mostly sealed and do not require lubrication. Blow out the tool with air on a regular basis and you should be able to use your sander for a long time.
