Is this the part that the quick-change bit chuck slides over and locks on too. It's hard to tell without a photo. My quick-change bit chuck seems to be in good working order, but the sleeve that it slides over will no longer hold it into place. Especially if I hit a piece of re-bar when drilling, the chuck comes right off bit still attached.
