I depend on this tool for yard clean-up. I needed it yesterday and it wouldn't work with the vac attached. It will work when blower is on. So i was comparing both and found that one of the ears(!!!!) that go up in attachment when you connect the head was was broken off. Does this little piece of plastic affect your system. If so, can i order a new bag attachment without buying a new blower vac. This one is not all that old.
