how do you install fuel pick up

You can take the fuel line that it goes to and take one of your fingers and grab the line, pull it through the top of the fuel cap, take the old one and pull it off, you might want to take a flat head screw driver and just easily pry it loose and then push the new one back onto the fuel line.
