I've run into an issue with this drill. It's been a hard worker, but now on medium or high speed if I put too much pressure to drill it sounds like I'm grinding a bunch of marbles and the chuck does not turn. I've pulled it apart and saw nothing broken and the bushing looked good. Any suggestions?

That sounds like bad gears to me. Your drill will most likely need a new gear box. The gearbox is part #125387-0.
