I bought a used trimmer at a yd sale, when using the trimmer the lower shaft twist. everything is tight. and lined up but there are two holes in the lower shaft like something is missing that looks like the two shaft snap together before you tighten down the wing nut I'm I right that pieces are missing on the lower shaft
