Just bought a BT3000 and have questions about blades and the blade insert. My saw has a rebuilt arbor and it looks to me like the blade runs closer to one side of the table opening than the other. I have several inserts but none of them fit properly against the blade. What is the correct blade location in the opening?

I tried to use a narrow kerf blade rated for 10,000RPM and found that the washers won't grip it--they require a thicker hub. How do I run thin-kerf blades? Can I change the blade washers or add a shim so they grip my blade? Is there any special need in blade selection?
