    Default attaching replacement air nozzle

I purchased a replaement air nozzle for my DeWalt scroll saw, but it appears that another part is needed to attach it. There is a ball socket-like piece on the saw and the replacement nozzle is too small to fit over it.

My wife figured it out. With a hair dryer, heat the metal ball on the saw and the open end of the hose while working the hose on to the ball starting with the rim and rotating it on. Wear heat resistant gloves.
