I have a BC 30 and it runs great but it doesn't seem to want to turn the shaft. I took it apart and the clutch plates seem to be OK and the Drum seems fine. I don't understand the way it operates. I assume the centrifugal force drives the plates out to contact the drum. Or is there some kind of material inside the drum that is now worn off or missing. Thanks,
