    Default Radio charger

Any idea's on how to convert older DW911 to charge new Li-ion 18v? New Li-ion charger, charges the old 18v batteries, why not vice versa on the radio. Sure would be neat.

    Hi Munsen,
Sorry but you can't charge a Li-ion battery with a single line charger as Li-ion requires very controlled conditions in charging and discharging.Hope that helps .Good luck.

Do you think a retrofit is possible? I'm not sure if the new radio's charge Li-ion either. Thanks for the reply
