Weed Eater E150BT Edger
I have just replaced the brushes and resistor on this edger. During the process the motor has come off the housing. I have been unable to get the motor back into a secure position. It looks like the motor should go into slots and then be turned to lock. Have not been successful. Does anyone know how to get the blade and fan assembly off? Does The fan and blade assemble screw onto the shaft? If so is it right or left handed screws?
Does anyone know how to secure the motor?

Figured it out!!
I answered my own question. The plastic blade/ fan assembly just pries off the end of the shaft. Becareful not to breal\k
or break fan blades off. Underneath this plastic fan is a nut.
I did not need to remove the motor. Simply used longer screws with bigger heads to secure motor. Slotted plastic was pretty much torn up any way and probably would not have heald long.
