Where can I find a starting capacitor. It is made by Ming Fun Electrics, LTD and is 125 vac / 150 mfd. It measures about 2 11/16" tall and about 1 5/16" in diameter. It is for a MTR 1PH .3HP DP12, part number 1343756, item #73 on the parts list. When I try to run the machine, the motor hums and will not start even with assistance. I can turn the motor shaft freely by hand. Any help would be appreciated.
