I have an Oyster 6297 and the thing doesn't toast evenly. It appears the upper heating elements get hotter than the lower heating elements is the problem. What would cause this, heating elements going bad or is there a possibilty that it's the thermostat gone bad? I'm capable of making the necessary repairs if I new the parts needed are available.
