The fuel lines disintegrated, so not sure which is which. One line (smaller hole) goes to the carburator, on diagram, looks like it would go into tank in smaller hole and have the filter attached to this line that is attached to carburator.

The other line???? on the right, larger hole, is it just a vent line? or is the line supposed to hook into something else?
