I believe my check valve has gone bad, and notice there is a difference in the check valve between the type 0 and the type 1/2 models. Mine had a 90 degree fitting screwed into it, but not the side port that the type 0 check valve showed (part # D20204), and i'm thinking that maybe I just need the type 1/2 check valve (part # D27022). I just want to be sure that the threading for D27022 check valve would be compatible with the tank threading.

You want to use the Valve Check 1/2NPT X Part Number: D20204 for the type 0.The type 0 uses the old style dump valve and is match to the pressure switch.Hope that helps.good luck.
