    Smile dewalt how to remove chuck

    I have a dc926va dewalt drill, I have removed the screw from the center of the chuck but it won't come off is ti screwed on or is it a pressure fit, how do get it off?

    This is the standard method for removing most drill chucks, but this chuck is somewhat unusual. DeWALT does offer a removal tool specifically for this chuck, but we found that the traditional method I linked above works just fine for it.
