Default Help with part ID and locating replacement

I have a Dewalt DC728S 14.4 volt Screwdriver. The black rubber or plastic sleeve/collar that you turn to adjust the mouth opening need replacing.

I need your help in identifying this part and where I may be able to get a replacement?

I really don't want to have to purchase another one because this has worked excellent for me and a replacement is somewhere around $100.00.

Yes I did, but it looks like the collar that adjusts the tension (because it looks narrow) and not the collar that adjusts the bit openning.

Now that I look at it closer, it's item number 5 (keyless chuck). Problem is I only need the black plastic cover and not the entire unit. The entire unit is $38.00 plus shipping. Guess I have to call them to get more info.

Unfortunately individual components of chucks aren't available. When those sleeves wear out you'll have to get a new chuck. Most power tool manufacturers don't build their own chucks, but buy them from Jacobs or Rohm for use on their tools.
