I bought this tool because of their "parts for life" advertising and it looked well made. One year later, the motor has already locked up. I tried to keep the brushes clean (that often will lead to shortened motor life) but if you have ever tried to access the brushes on this model you better have Houdini available.<br>This tool is a sorry excuse for a table saw, granted it's not the most expensive one on the block, but it has some serious motor problems that I am sure other Ridgid owners will attest to.

What does printed circuit in side switch box do [purpose]? Motor will not run checked switch and circuit breaker OK. Can I bypass the circuit for direct motor hook up for motor test? Is the circuit board available?
