Delta - 36-220

I have owned this saw since 1997. It is very accurate and reliable except for the lower blade guard. I should have known what I was in for when it broke during my first session using it. Delta graciously rplaced it then but now it has broken for a second time and they dont even make a replacement I can buy. If you look at how it was designed they must have wanted it to break! And now they dont support and service a poor design. Inspite of a shop full of Delta tools my next miter saw will be a DEWALT.

After reading the comments on my Delta, I won`t even try to replace the lower guard. Oh, well I got 10 good years out of it. I went out & bought a Craftsman today and I like it. It`ll do any thing I`ll need it for and do it in style.
