I purchased this saw as part of a combo pack almost 10 years ago, and it is well worth it. I havn't used it 12-15 times though. I've basically used and abused it the entire time i've had it. From ripping 3/4" sheets of plywood for flooring, to cutting stair stringers, to framing new construction, to making fences this saw has held up. I know use the one Li Ion batterys with the saw instead of the NiCd so the weight is better. I've replaced the blade once and that in it self was like a new saw. I refuse to get out my 7&1/2 circular saw anymore...ever. This saw kicks ***. I did however recently break the lower blade guard...but it was my fault, I stepped on it. But after finding this website, and their prices, it's not that big of a deal. I'm sorry to here the other two sub par reviews, for me the saw has never failed, and has been well worth it.
