This Vacuum cleaner has a lousy design. The bracket on which the entire load of the motor rests is a flimsy 1/8" piece of plastic. It broke and my vacuum cleaner has been rendered useless. While it used to work, the suction pipe used to come out of the socket making cleaning eneffective. The cleaning quality has never been great. This is a poorly designed system.The customer care team @ eureka is not responsive - All you get from them is an automated email. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE - Its money down the drain
